Het album van Safi & Spreej getiteld Ter plaatse, Rust is vanaf heden te koop. Ter Plaatse, Rust is het resultaat van de spontane samenwerking tussen de Mechelse MC Safi en de uit Gent afkomstige Spreej. Nadat zij ieder in 2011 een gratis online solo album hadden uitbracht, besloten zij om de krachten te bundelen voor een nieuw project. Dit album is voor beide artiesten hun officiële debuut bij EigenMakelij.
Eerder bracht het duo al de video van ‘Nog Niks gezien’ en de track ‘Alles wat ik heb’ uit. Beluister het album hieronder.

its not too much as long as the total of each supplement does not execed the daily recommended dose. u have to particularly be careful about not overdosing on vitamin A but from what u have listed i dont think thats a problem as long as u stay within recommended dosages. also u should be careful taking supplements if u take any prescribed medication such as warfarin or blood pressure tablets check with yr doctor or pharmacist that they are ok for u.
