The Marathon mixtape van Nipsey Hussle komt met een interactief live 'experience'

Op 31 maart werd Nipsey overdag voor zijn kledingwinkel neergeschoten, samen met twee andere slachtoffers. Nipsey is de enige die de schietpartij niet heeft overleefd. Zijn 'The Marathon' mixtape bestaat deze week tien jaar en om Nipsey Hussle te herdenken heeft zijn team een nieuw project aangekondigd.

Via een Instagram post van Nipsey's kledinglijn The Marathon, wordt er bekend gemaakt, dat in 2021 een nieuw interactieve, live 'experience' wordt uitgebracht. “A project our team holds near and dear to our hearts for many reasons. It represents the story of Nipsey’s resilience and unwavering faith in his mission, and the authenticity and honesty in his message. It also was the first seed planted in the Marathon brand that gave fruit to many other branches that Nipsey architected, as only he could do.”

Nipsey zijn team werkt in dit project samen met Okidoki en samen beloven ze ons het project ons een intieme inkijk zal geven in het leven van Nipsey. “The experience will give viewers [an] intimate look at the era that helped shape this masterpiece. The people, the places, the stories, and more.”
